|Summary:||The aim of the biological in-situ remediation is an inertisation of organic landfill compounds (e. g. ammonium) or organic contaminants in soils (e. g. hydrocarbons). The dimensioning of the aeration technology allows site specific the generation of conditions for optimal biological reactions from the very beginning. The innovative concept is based on a volume-controlled air supply of the treated waste/soil body. Another innovation is the monitoring of reaction processes and biological degradation processes, which allows mass balances based on soil gas analyses.|
