Summary:For the first time a climate "signals" mechanism was described. The signals are generated by the changes of the eastern atmosphere air transfer from surface layers of the northern Atlantic into deep ones. The main areas of that signals transfer are the Labrador Sea and the northeastern periphery of the Atlantic. The quantitative evaluation was received on long term changes of the absolute transfer of deep waters by the eastern deep boundary flow.
